On November 14, 2018 Dallas County Public Works honored Community Development Director Chris Dyser with the 2018 Special City Partnering Award.
The award reads as follows: When Chris Dyser joined the City of Balch Springs as Senior Planner and Planning Manager, the City’s working relationship with Dallas County reached a new level. Chris has proven to be an effective agent for all matters related to the City. Chris’ proactive communication and coordination has helped deliver such projects as Pioneer Road, I20 Ramps at Haymarket/Kleberg, Hickory Tree Road Extension and the City mobility Planning Study, Chris can be relied upon to respond in a timely and effective manner in all phases of planning, design, utilities and construction. He is willingly guided the County to other City contacts for issues falling within their purview. Chris has provided help to elected officials and administration when the situation called for it. In recognition of his services, and for being as vital part of Dallas County mission and Vision, we would like to present Chris with a Special Patterning Award. We look forward to many more years of working with and delivering improvements in the City of Balch Springs.
